Recruitment practices
The University of Minnesota is committed to the ethical recruitment of students. It therefore does not provide commissions, bonuses, or other incentive payments based directly or indirectly on securing service member enrollments. Furthermore, the University prohibits the use of high-pressure recruitment tactics consistent with the regulations issued by ED (34 C.F.R 668.71-668.75 and 668.14) related to restrictions on misrepresentation, recruitment, and payment of incentive compensation.
