The symbol W for "withdrawal" will appear on your transcript when you drop a course after the withdrawal deadline. See information about the one-time late withdrawal request. See the grading policy for more information or contact One Stop.
Approval from instructor
If you need approval from your instructor to add a class after the term has started, you'll need to get a permission number to register. Contact the instructor or department offering the class to ask for a permission number.
Approval from the college scholastic committee
If you need approval from the college scholastic committee to change your registration after the term has started, submit a petition. Contact your advisor if you have questions.
