- You received or will receive your Certificate of Eligibility (COE).
- You applied for Chapter 31 VR&E benefits
Don't use this form if...
- You have not applied for benefits with the VA
- You have not been approved for Ch 31 VR&E benefits
- You intend to only use non-VA benefits, like Federal Tuition Assistance, Minnesota GI Bill, and State Tuition Reimbursement
