Use this form if...

  • You are a plan A master’s, PhD, EdD, or SJD student who wants a temporary delay on the release of their thesis or dissertation to the public.

Don't use this form if...

  • You are not a Plan A master’s thesis or a PhD, EdD, or SJD student
  • You are ready to release your thesis or dissertation to the public.

Next steps

After you and your advisor(s) have completed this form, it will be routed to the Office of the Registrar for processing. Processing may take 3-5 business days. You will receive a confirmation email when your form has been processed.
