This process certifies that your thesis/dissertation is complete and satisfactory in all respects. By completing this form, you agree to have your work deposited in the University Digital Conservancy, the University of Minnesota’s open-access digital repository.
The process includes a signature page, which is signed by your advisor (and co-advisor if applicable). The advisor(s) will confirm they have read and approve of the final version of the thesis.
