Suppress Public Information

As a student, you have the option to make some or all of your student information private. Visit the student records privacy and access page to learn more about where your student information appears, who has access to your student record, and how to suppress information.

The Board of Regents Student Education Records policy provides information on what is considered public and private student information.

Submitting this form places a FERPA block on your record, which staff can view in PeopleSoft, APLUS, etc.

Note that suppressing your information does not hide it from University staff who need your information, such as your advisor. If you also work at the University, your public employment information will not be hidden.
