This form is for undergraduate students to request a change to their expected graduation term.

Speak with your advisor about requesting a change to your expected graduation term prior to submitting the request. A personal statement describing why you are requesting a change to your expected graduation term is required.

Use this form if...

  • You are an active undergraduate student at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
  • You are requesting an updated expected graduation term to the current or upcoming three semesters.
  • You are scheduled to graduate.
     

Don't use this form if...

  • You are  graduate student.
  • You are not scheduled to graduate.
  • You are not an active student at the University of Minnesota, Twin Cities.
  • You wish to apply to graduate earlier than your listed EGT.

Once submitted, this form is routed to the Office of the Registrar for review. Please allow up to 5 business days for review and processing.
