This form is used to register for or drop a class before instructor AND college scholastic committee approval is required to add or drop a class in a term, see drop/add deadlines for details.

In order to complete this form, you will need to complete all sections of the form thoroughly.

Include a permission number if necessary (see drop/add deadlines to see if you need instructor approval to register— a permission number is not required for dropping a class).

  • You want to register for or drop a class.
  • You are activated as a student (if you are an undergraduate non-degree-seeking, see our non-degree page for how to activate your record).
  • You are experiencing issues registering in your MyU.

 

Don't use this form if...

  • You are not admitted into a program or have not activated your record as an undergraduate non-degree-seeking student.
  • You are a graduate non-degree-seeking student, see our non-degree page for graduate non-degree registration instructions.
  • You are adding or dropping a class once the instructor AND the college scholastic committee approval is required, see our drop/add deadlines page.
