Once submitted, the Office of Student Finance will review the form within 7-10 business days. If it is determined that you are not eligible for state financial aid or we need more information, including documentation, you will receive an email sent to your UMN email address. If you are eligible, it will be reflected in your financial aid offer.
Please include the information regarding the following:
- You and your parents’ Minnesota residency
- Your high school information and previous post-secondary attendance
- You and your parents’ military or missionary service
