Late Payment Fee Waiver Request

When a student does not pay their student account balance prior to the deadline, a monthly late fee will be assessed until the balance is resolved. Complete this form to request a waiver of late payment fee(s) that have been assessed.

Use this form if...

  • You wish to appeal one or more late payment fees that have been assessed to your student account. 

Don't use this form if...

  • You wish to appeal a late registration fee.
  • You do not have any late payment fees assessed to your student account.

Next steps

Once the form is submitted, One Stop and/or Financial Resolution Services will review the submission. You will receive an email once the request has been approved or denied.
