  • You are an undergraduate student, and
  • You need to request a change to your housing/living arrangement status for your financial aid.

Don't use this form if...

  • You are not an undergraduate student
  • You are not receiving financial aid.

Next steps

Your request should be submitted two weeks prior to the end of the term in which you are seeking an adjustment. Requests submitted within two weeks of the end of term will be reviewed, but financial aid funds may be limited or no longer available
