Academic Policy Petition (Undergraduate programs)

This form is used to obtain an exception or other accommodation to college or University academic policies for all Undergraduate and some professional programs. Your request will be reviewed by the Student Scholastic Standing Committee and other University offices, as necessary.

  • You are an active undergraduate student who wishes to obtain an exception to the University academic policies.
  • You are in a professional program and were instructed to do so by your department.

  • You are not an undergraduate or professional student.
  • You can successfully complete the requested action through MyU.
