Credit balances

If your financial aid exceeds the charges on your student account, you will have a credit balance. Be sure to sign up for direct deposit so that the credit balance can be deposited directly into your bank or credit union account. This is the fastest, most secure way to receive your credit balance. If you did not sign up for direct deposit, you will receive a check in the mail.

You will receive the funds no sooner than 15 business days beyond the last date any payment was posted to your student account. Contact One Stop Student Services if you have questions about your credit balance.
