Student Financial Collections (SFC) is the University of Minnesota's service office for financial collections and loan repayment. Walk-in service is available at the location and hours listed below. If you are repaying a University-administered student loan; owe money for a past term student account bill; have an AU, AU2 or AW hold; and/or need assistance resolving your indebtedness, an SFC representative can help answer your questions.
