Late registration fees may be waived if a University department, college office, adviser, or instructor caused you to register late.
To request a waiver: In the space provided below, briefly describe why you registered late. If applicable, obtain a letter from the University office or official who caused you to register late. The letter must be written on University letterhead and must include a signature and phone number that can be verified. Bring this petition and the supporting documentation to one of the One Stop Student Services Centers.
