SAP standards for undergraduate students
Qualitative standard:
Your cumulative GPA must be a minimum of 2.0 (unless your college requires a higher GPA).
Your progress is monitored at the end of each term by the Office of Student Finance and by your college of enrollment to ensure that you meet the GPA requirement.
Quantitative standard:
You are eligible to receive financial aid for a maximum timeframe of 150 percent of the published degree credits required to complete your program. For example, if your undergraduate degree program requires 120 degree credits, you are eligible for aid up to 180 attempted credits. Each semester your cumulative credit completion ratio is calculated to ensure that you have earned at least 75 percent of the credits you attempted to maintain your aid eligibility. The total number of credits you have attempted to date (including any course in which you were enrolled past the drop/add period) will be compared to the total number of credits you actually earned.
