Clearing Internet Cache
For Internet Explorer:
1. Open the browser, click Tools on the top menu bar and select Internet Options.
2. Select Delete Files from the Temporary Internet Files section of the General tab.
For Netscape 6:
1. Open the browser, click Edit on the top menu bar and select Preferences.
2. Under the Advanced Category select Cache and click both the Clear Memory
Cache and Clear Disk Cache.
For Netscape 7:
1. Open the browser, click Edit on the top menu bar and select Preferences.
2. Under the Advanced Category select Cache and click both the Clear Memory
Cache and Clear Disk Cache.
