Diploma mailing information
A University of Minnesota diploma (8.5" x 11") includes the graduate’s name
(as submitted on the Application for Degree), the degree earned, the confer date, and honors earned, if applicable. A University of Minnesota diploma does not indicate major(s) or minor(s). Majors and minors are recorded on the Official Transcript.
Diplomas are mailed 6-8 weeks after you are cleared for graduation by your college office. It's very important that you make sure your diploma is sent to the correct address.
If you are an undergraduate who needs to change your mailing address, you must do so with the online Application for Undergraduate Degree.
